Touché

October 30, 2020 by RogueLines.com

In the rhythm section a drummer seated behind the bass drum surrounded by snares, bongos, tambourines, hi-hats, cymbals and congas too takes a moment to scan the room searching for a new sound, something to add his signature Touché Mixed media painting

The Bassist

October 24, 2020 by RogueLines.com

The inspiration for this piece took me on a time travel listening to Mister Gene performing in northwest DC and thinking of the times he stayed at our home first, adhering to a strict diet and some years later, the palate expanded to apple pie and I can say for me eating pie was a hit. The Bassist sketch in ink touched lightly with watercolor.

Nancy sings

March 4, 2019 by RogueLines.com
